Farmlands 10 miles from the nearest town
In rural Grady County, Ninnekah is a small town tucked between the farmland. “It’s a one-stop, one-light town,” says broker Shari Brunt from Always Real Estate, who has lived in Grady County for 50 years. “They only have one gas station and one grocery store.” Despite the smaller feel, Ninnekah is located just 10 miles from Chickasha, a bigger commercial center in the region, but with more space for residents to spread out and enjoy the quiet.
Ranch homes on 7 acres
Brick ranch-style homes are abundant in Ninnekah, but newer remodels are becoming more common. Most homes will have three bedrooms. Streets are narrower in Ninnekah neighborhoods and lack sidewalks, but long driveways set homes away from the treeless street for an open feel. Properties will start at 1 acre, but residents can see as much as 7 acres available, giving them plenty of space between them and neighbors. Most houses here will start at $125,000 and reach just over $300,000, with listing prices increasing with acreage.
