Established colonials come with a price
Houses in Colonial Place and Riverview are more established, meaning they have long histories in the Norfolk area. As a result, these houses are grander and older and are going to cost more than in nearby neighborhoods, especially homes on the waterfront. There are also few renting options here, so students attending ODU may choose to live closer to Highland Park.
