It’s not far from Interstate 95, so it’s not inconvenient. It’s very easy to get around there,” says Brian Rokicki, a Realtor Associate at Compass with over 15 years of experience. The community is about 15 miles from downtown Miami and just 4 miles from the closest beach. Shopping centers on the neighborhood’s south side make it easy to find the daily essentials without going too far from home.

Several housing options in suburban North Miami Beach
Ranch-style homes make up much of the community, sitting on suburban streets lined with sidewalks. Palm trees, live oaks and other plants add a natural feeling to some parts of the neighborhood. Many single-family homes have stucco exteriors and tile roofs. Houses west of 10th Avenue typically cost between $500,00 and $800,000. Properties east of 10th Avenue are more expensive, ranging from $600,000 to $1.3 million. Co-ops are also common, especially in the Mar-Len Gardens 55+ community.
