The neighborhood is a key point in Pittsburgh, as it’s next to the Monongahela River, major highways like Interstate 376, and shopping destinations like the Monroeville Mall and the Waterfront. “It’s a great hub to get to many locations quickly,” says Kim Stotlemyer, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty, who has been selling homes in the area for nearly two decades. “There’s something for everyone here.”
