Access to retail, restaurants and schools in Cielo Vista
Cielo Vista might be on the outskirts of Odessa, but residents don’t have to travel far to find the basics. The neighborhood is located along Texas Highway 338 on the western edge of the city, part of the Midland-Odessa region in the heart of oil country. Retail and restaurant chains line the perimeter, and an elementary and middle school are right in the neighborhood. “I would say those are very affordable homes,” says Odessa native Kelly Clark, a Realtor with eXp Realty. “People are moving into the area and starting to refurbish those homes.”

Well water can also be at risk for toxicity, but most Cielo Vista residents rely on the city water system.
