Homes under 3,000 square feet with three or four bedrooms can range from $300,000 to $400,000. Larger houses can cost between $425,000 and $600,000, depending on size. The neighborhood’s most expensive homes can range from $600,000 to $900,000, growing in price with increased lot sizes, more bedrooms, proximity to the neighborhood pond that doubles as a reservoir or amenities like an in-ground pool. The neighborhood has a mandatory $200 annual HOA fee for homes purchased after November 2021.
