While Orangetree doesn’t have much of a commercial scene, the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt are about 15 miles away, featuring dozens of boutiques and restaurants. New road expansion and I-75 access
Immokalee Road is the community's main thoroughfare, leading to downtown Naples and Naples Beach in about 24 miles. Rush hour traffic is often the top complaint among commuters traveling the road, but the Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension — set to be completed by fall 2025 — aims to ease congestion on Immokalee and provide better east-west access. Residents also benefit from quick connections to Interstate 75 for regional travel.
