A few miles from Steeplechase, golf-loving residents have quick access to the PGA National Resort and The Preserve at Ironhorse. The community’s evolution is visible in its two distinct property eras: original 1980s-90s homes offer one-story layouts on one-acre lots, typically featuring four to five bedrooms and priced between $1.5 million and $2 million.
