Ketko has sold homes across the region for just over two decades. “They have awesome Halloween and Christmas parties, and neighborhood associations go all out.”

Preston Park comprises several small subdivisions built across the 1980s and ‘90s. The Preston Lakes subdivision features notably large homes with over 4,500 square feet and five bedrooms.
