Located less than a mile from downtown Saginaw, the Cathedral District attracts homebuyers looking unique sense of history and its proximity to city amenities. “The Cathedral District stands out for its large, ornate historic homes, especially the Victorian-style architecture,” says Andrew Hauck, Realtor at Century 21 Signature. In 1979, the district received recognition by the National Register of Historic Places. Today the district offers residents a combination of architectural history, outdoor recreation and proximity to Saginaw's cultural and artistic offerings.
