Regency Place is an established neighborhood about 12 miles north of San Antonio and next to the San Antonio International Airport. With generous yard space in an older setting, personal space, peace and midcentury character are valued here.

With renovations made in the 80s, some of these homes are nearly unrecognizable from their former frameworks. New construction fetches $500,000 or more.
Students can attend Regency Place Elementary, ranked B-minus by Niche. To support its diverse student population, the school provides a Family Services Center and Dual Language program. Garner Middle earns a B-minus, and MacArthur High School gets a B-plus and offers 91 different extracurricular opportunities.
The Capitol Park baseball fields is a popular outdoor venue with a little league program for kids and volunteer opportunities for adults. Lady Bird Johnson Park offers a skate park, swimming pools and nature trails.
Encircling Regency Place are a handful of independent restaurant options like The Last Slice Pizza and Brown Bag Sandwich Shop, which offers classics like Reubens and Philly cheesesteaks, with combos and desserts available. For those in a hurry, Last Slice offers carry out and delivery. Caracheo’s earns local praise for its Mexican cuisine.
