The Feiler Park Neighborhood Association is very active, working to improve community services and residents’ quality of life. One of its main initiatives is the Feiler Park Community Garden, where the group hosts monthly workdays and occasional social events, including cooking demonstrations and other garden-themed gatherings. There's a small neighborhood playground near Meding and West 57th streets, with basic play equipment and shaded benches. For indoor recreation, the Pickleball Academy is in Feiler Park and offers leagues, tournaments and lessons. It opened in mid-2025, reflecting reinvestment reaching this part of the city.
