Lone Mountain offers spacious homes in the desert north of Scottsdale

The name Lone Mountain gives the impression of seclusion and, this neighborhood, north of Scottsdale, delivers on that promise. It is a suburban expanse of custom-built homes in the high desert. Lot sizes are often over an acre, and home size here is significantly larger than the national average. Prospective buyers looking for a quiet escape from the city tend to find that here. “People choose it because they want to be near – but not in – north Scottsdale,” says Todd Stengel, broker and owner with Morgan Taylor Homes. “It’s also near Cave Creek, which is a big shopping and tourist destination.”

Lone Mountain blends luxury homes with the beauty of the high desert, offering residents expansive properties, upscale living, and breathtaking views of the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape.
