Kids can walk to school and the park," says Sarah Ekholm, longtime resident and Realtor with Ekholm Team Real Estate. Ekholm says Southwest Sioux Falls is also in a convenient location. "It is close to amenities, great shopping malls and stores. We have great parks, and many of the school districts are highly rated, which brings a lot of people to the area."
