The residential streets of Arbor Greene loop around small lakes and woodsy patches. Live-oak trees sprawl out from well-manicured lawns, tunneling the streets. Most homes feature stucco exteriors, arched entryways and clay-tile roofs. Others offer shingled roofs and stone-embellished exteriors. All in all, the neighborhood homes follow similar Mediterranean designs. The house paints vary between sandy beiges, soft yellows and muted greys. For more serious swimmers, the Junior-Olympic-designed pool offers lap lanes and scheduled swimming lessons with skilled professionals. The lap pool is kept between 80 and 84 degrees all year long. Eight clay tennis courts allow residents to practice, organize matches or take lessons with a community-hired professional. A small fitness room and studio provide residents with proper strength and cardio equipment, similar in style to an apartment complex or hotel.

While the amenities cater greatly to physical activity, the community center serves as Arbor Greene’s outlet for social interest. The Gathering Room is a designated space for special events, parties and community meetings. This room is equipped with tables and chairs, a refrigerator and partial kitchen, wall-mounted televisions and lounge furniture. Residents round up kids’ birthday parties here after a day at the pool. Adult clubs meet here as well, like Book Club, Sewing Club, Bro’s Club and Women’s Wine-Down Wednesdays.

I live in Devonshire it's a gated community is very safe Landscaping is beautiful I bought in 2025 I do want to give a shout out to Jonathan the accountant helped me and was so polite patient and nice so I wanted to leave a nice review for Jonathan accountant department unique properties Jonathan was kind was patient answered my questions and I learned a lot about the community of the HOA being I am a new owner and still learning the ins and outs of how the community works and the HOA works emails can get a little crazy sometimes Devonshire I believe I'm not sure if this is affiliated with it( communities absolutely gorgeous I own my property in full so having people like Jonathan that works in the accountant Department sure did put my mind at ease cuz sometimes it's difficult to see how the HOA works because I believe Arbor Green and Devonshire is the same thing but not really so it's confusing thank you Jonathan from Devonshire Lake Drive accountant for not pushing me aside

I have lived here since 2001. It's a wonderful multicultural community. Lots of shopping near by and easy access to the interstate highway. Very family oriented with lots of activities for the kids. Parks and playgrounds are located through out the subdivision. There is a dog park near for your four legged family members.
