A revitalizing East Tampa community with quick I-4 access

The community of Grant Park is known for its competitively priced homes in East Tampa, a little more than 5 miles from downtown. Convenient for commuters, the neighborhood is revitalizing right off Interstate 4. “It’s growing,” says local Raul Riano, a Realtor with People’s Choice Realty Services. “It’s convenient for people like contractors who need to drive a lot for work… It’s more affordable than the surrounding neighborhoods because they don’t pay CDDs or HOAs. The property taxes here are more reasonable.” A community park anchors the renter-friendly area, and shopping, dining and entertainment options within a short drive add to the appeal.
