When residents living in Interlake Hills pull onto their driveways, they often disappear behind curtains of tall, leafy trees. Driveways are long here because houses typically sit far back on huge lots, bordered by dense forests. “Everyone I know loves it because of all the land and how private it is,” says Annie Dwyer, a real estate broker with Brooklyn Rose Realty Group and Tyler resident. Sitting close to Lake Tyler East and deep in Smith County, Interlake Hills is secluded and off the beaten path. That’s what residents like about it.
