Living in Union Park means having quick access to the Little Econ Greenway, a popular trail for skaters, runners and bikers. This paved pathway provides more than 7 miles of scenic river views and opportunities for wildlife sightings. The trail's focal point is Blanchard Park, a 90-acre green space with fishing, canoeing and picnicking areas. Little Econ Greenway is growing and will soon be connected to the University of Central Florida.
