Cozy offering country living outside of Birmingham
A small town just 30 minutes outside Birmingham, Vincent offers residents secluded, budget-friendly homes, outdoor amenities and a town center with local shops and annual celebrations. Residents seeking peaceful country living can buy here while remaining relatively close to the Birmingham metropolitan area.
Farmhouses, gated lake communities and manufactured homes
Buyers seeking enough seclusion to have a farm or equestrian property will find that the homes here accommodate just that. There are ranches, farmhouses and manufactured homes on acres of rich farmland and dense woodland. Some homes are built more densely near the town center, but most homes offer plenty of room to spread out. Closer to the town of Harpersville, there are gated communities like Deerwood Lake, which have spacious lakeside homes. These homes also offer up to two acres of land. Residents seeking to custom-build their dream homes will find plots of land ranging from two to 20 acres. Lots cost between $15,000 and $200,000 depending on acreage. Ranges and manufactured homes range between $185,000 and $270,000. Homes in gated communities can cost up to $950,000.
