Small-town living in the heart of West Fargo
Located between two West Fargo public schools and 13th Avenue--and offering the area's largest selection of shopping and dining--the Tintes neighborhood keeps things close for its residents. The local grocery store is just around the corner, neighborhood parks are within walking distance and parents can pick their kids up from school within minutes. This proximity to the everyday essentials has also imbued Tintes with a friendly, family-focused feel. "I love this area. The people are so warm, so inviting," says Teresa Whetsel, a pastor at Flame of Faith United Methodist Church. Even as the greater West Fargo area continues to grow and develop, "It still feels like a small-town, with a care-for-your-neighbors feel. You don't always get that in the big city," says Whetsel.
