It did for Jeanette Pressman. “I notice the neighbors,” says Pressman, a local Realtor with Dezer Platinum Realty. “I’ve seen them gathered together, enjoying time together.” Residents here can bond over being in a section of West Park known for its location and home prices below the area average. “You’re not far from the beach. Probably a 10-, 15-minute drive,” says Pressman, who has 10 years of real estate experience. “And then you’re also near the Hard Rock Stadium. You’re going to be near a lot of highways, you’re between the Turnpike and I-95.”

Another of the amenities within walking distance for people here is Water Tower Park. “It’s definitely one of the sights there for that area,” says Isael Prieto, owner and broker at Able CRE, and a South Florida native.
