Macedonia, Ohio, is a small city about 20 miles south of Cleveland and 20 miles north of Akron. It offers a central location with easy access to major highways and retail corridors. Macedonia is largely car-dependent, with main routes including Bedford Road and East Aurora Road and convenient access to interstates 271 and 480, state routes 8 and 82 and the Ohio Turnpike. Akron-Canton Regional Airport and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport are each about 25 miles away. Limited public transportation is available through Akron METRO bus service.
