Convenience is a primary draw here, with access to downtown Malden’s revitalized shops and restaurants, and the greater Boston area thanks to a range of transportation options. “A big part of the appeal here is the proximity to the developing downtown and the ability to walk to so many things,” Gennetti says. In part due to that convenience, the housing market tends to have low inventory and rising appreciation. Housing in Suffolk Square is a mix of varied options.
