The neighborhood is primarily set up in a grid of wide paved streets and narrower dirt roads in between rows of houses, except for the short cul-de-sacs off Cloverdale Road. Single-family homes range from just under $90,000 to $340,000. Homes here stay on the market for an average of 15 days, compared to the national average of 47.
