Northgate is an established neighborhood on Midland’s west side. Large lots feature grassy lawns and mature trees, and homes are typically priced moderately. With a location near Texas state Highway Loop 250, the neighborhood is a short drive from the Midland Park Mall, the airport and the rest of the city. “The homes in Northgate don’t stay on the market long,” says Realtor Daina Perkins with eXp Realty, who was born and raised in Midland. “It’s in a great location, the homes are nice and very affordable. If they are priced right, they’ll go quickly.” Northgate is an established neighborhood with green grass and developed trees. “It’s not cookie-cutter,” Perkins says. “They started building in the 1980s, so the landscaping is mature.”  Sidewalks line wide, walkable streets and above-ground powerlines cast shadows onto backyards enclosed by wooden fences.
