In Illinois, between DuPage and Will Counties, you’ll find the city of Naperville. Many of the new developments in this city are homes ranging from two to three bedrooms, and all for a modest price range. In and around Naperville are a number of different residential communities where you could potentially make your home. In the northwest corner of Naperville is a place called River Road. As a moderate income neighborhood, the City Center offers a range of property values from the more affordable to the luxurious, and all within walking distance of the amenities of the downtown area.
Being located within the Illinois Technology and Research Corridor, Naperville is home to many technology-based companies. Some of these include Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, Ineos, Nalco, and Calamos. The Kraft Foods plant in Naperville supplies all the Triscuit products in North America. Aside from these major centers of employment, there are also many major retailers and restaurants in the downtown area. Edward Hospital is the biggest employer in Naperville, regularly employing more than 4,000 people. Nicor and Alcatel-Lucent both employ similar numbers of workers, and they occupy the second and third ranks of places employing the most people, respectively. Indian Prairie School District 204 and Naperville Community Unit School District 203 are also major sources of employment for folks in Naperville.
