Neotsu, Oregon, is a rural community that curves along the northeast side of Devils Lake. For seasonal residents here, daily life centers around enjoying life on nearly 700 acres of calm water. Locals spend time kayaking and water skiing on the lake, launching boats or casting for rainbow trout and largemouth bass at East Devil's Lake State Recreation Area. There's a small beach at Sand Point Park for swimming and picnicking on a wooded peninsula.
