CEO and Owner, Patrick Zalupski saw an opportunity to maximize the quality and affordability of their production line, by partnering with one of Northeast Florida’s top custom home builders to produce a high end, customized home for those looking for a more luxurious product, at a great value. That custom builder was Marcus Meide.
Marcus Meide is a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida and has spent his career in the construction and real estate development industry. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction and a state of Florida Certified Building Contractor. Marcus gained great experience while working for local and national builders and land developers where the foundation of his building career was established. Marcus’ appeal to high end design led him into the custom home industry.
