Hildy Homes is a residential new home contractor that specializes in offering a variety of new construction home options in several markets and subdivisions throughout eastern Nebraska. With Hildy Homes you will always have plenty of new construction spec homes ready for immediate closing and occupancy.

Their office is located in Gretna, which allows them to build homes in several communities including Omaha, Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, and Bennington. Company owners, twins Ryan and Bryan Hilderbrand, have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Before starting Hildy Homes, they each earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Family is at the heart of everything Bryan and Ryan do. The love, support, and guidance they received from their parents and grandparents growing up helped shape this family-first mindset and gave them the confidence and courage to pursue their dream of building homes together.
