Keystone Communities

Keystone Communities was founded in 2014 with a mission to provide well-built, affordable homes throughout Paulding County and the western suburbs of Metro Atlanta. Led by industry veterans James McIntyre, James Steele, and Mark Taglieber, the company brings together more than 60 years of combined experience in home design and construction, land development, and real estate sales.

Over the past decade, Keystone Communities has built homes in numerous neighborhoods across Paulding County, including Belmont Hills, Butler Park, Copper Leaf, Holland Grove, Benson Estates, and Horseshoe Bend. The company has also constructed dozens of homes on individual lots throughout Haralson, Bartow, Carroll, and Polk counties. To date, Keystone Communities has delivered more than 330 homes for families across Atlanta's western suburbs.

The company's homes typically feature three to four bedrooms and range from approximately 1,500 to 2,800 square feet. Keystone Communities offers a variety of personalization options for homebuyers, supported by a dedicated selections room where buyers can choose finishes and design elements for their new home. Most homesites within its communities are situated on lots of one-half acre or larger, providing homeowners with spacious living environments.
