The Park Development Corporation (PDC) was established in 1995 by its current president and CEO, David Townsend. PDC strives to create beautiful and functional architecture while maximizing short term and long term investment returns. Townsend has a proven track record of identifying development opportunities and is keenly aware of public needs.

Our development team has over 100 years of experience and specializes in the development of creative, Mediterranean inspired, Class A properties that maximize land use, as well as net operating income and investment returns.
