Welkin Investment Group LLC, dba Welkin Homes, is a private, family-owned real estate company established in 2013 and based in Los Angeles, California. Welkin’s real estate investments are mainly concentrated in Southern California, specifically the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.

Welkin was founded by Mr. Xueyong Cheng, a successful international entrepreneur who has owned and operated numerous companies in the real estate, restaurant, retail, textile, and bio-pharmaceutical sectors over the past 30 years. Day-to-day operations and company management are handled by Mr. Cheng’s niece, Emily Cheng, an MBA graduate and real estate veteran with nearly a decade of experience in both management and sales.

Since inception, Welkin has invested over $50 million across 15 residential development sites encompassing both single high-end custom estates and luxury new home communities. The firm brings their local market expertise and exacting vision to each of their endeavors as they continue to acquire and develop new opportunities.
