  • Building a better future starts with a smart foundation and for a limited time, that foundation begins with a lower interest rate. Were currently offering a 2/1 buydown on select homes in participating communities*: 2.99% interest rate in Year 1, 3.99% in Year 2, 4.99% beginning in Year 3 for the remaining term of the loan. This temporary rate structure allows you to start with a reduced rate in the first two years before adjusting in Year 3. On contracts executed by March 31, 2026 and closing by April 30, 2026.
