About Park Valley

Park Valley is our newest community in Stillwater close to downtown and Oklahoma State University. This community features homes that range from 1,158 sq ft to 2,402 sq ft. Future amenities for this community include a playground, fishing pond, and gorgeous walking trails. Residents of Park Valley will enjoy quick access into downtown Stillwater and I-35. Home to Oklahoma State University, Stillwater was voted one of the 100 top places to live in 2010 according to CNN Money Magazine. Stillwater is noted for its diverse economy from manufacturing to advanced technology with the largest employer being the university. Economic clusters include aerospace, agribusiness, biotechnology, optoelectronics, printing and publishing, software and standard manufacturing. Home to a number of annual festivals and community events held throughout the year, including the long-running Art Fair, Stillwater also has a Botanical Garden and Arboretum, several history museums, and famous venues like Willie's Saloon and Eskimo Joe's. Stillwater is where the genre of Red Dirt Music (a mixture of folk, country, blues and rock) got its start. Other places of interest include the OSU Gardiner Art Gallery and National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum. The City of Stillwater Parks and Recreation Department manages more than 5,000 acres of playground, four 18-hole golf courses, 14 playgrounds, and plenty of places to practice the sports the college excels at. May offers the Special Olympics, the largest amateur sporting event in Oklahoma, and the largest event of its kind in the U.S. We are proud to build in other Stillwater communities, like The Canyons and Teal Ridge.

GreatSchools: The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process. About the Builder

Ideal Homes' principles are built on a foundation of the highest quality standards, building community, and giving back. It all started thirty years ago in Norman, Oklahoma when their founders decided to build just a few homes. This endeavor blossomed into the largest provider of new homes in central Oklahoma. They've built more than 12,000 new homes in that time and continue to grow. They pride themselves on their premier quality so much that they are the only home builder in Oklahoma to offer guaranteed heating and cooling usage on most Ideal homes, peace-of-mind warranties, and a 10-year structural warranty. Not only do they believe in their homes, but they believe in them so much that many of their employees choose to live in Ideal homes as well.
