The Aviator floor plan is a 3-story urban style townhome with tons of character! The Aviator boasts 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level. As you walk in your front door stairs lead you to the main living level. The entire main living level has a 9' open truss ceiling. There are two different colors you can choose from for the main living level ceiling. Oversized double-pane insulated windows are used to let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in the foyer, kitchen, powder room, and pantry. The Aviator’s kitchen includes granite countertops with a large island accented with designer pendant lights, undermount cabinet lighting, and stainless steel appliances.
A grand glass sliding door with a transom above leads you out to the rear deck off the kitchen, perfect for entertaining or just having that morning cup of coffee. Can lights throughout included, ceiling fan/chandelier prewires included in living room and all bedrooms.
The bedroom level includes a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer as an option. Upstairs hallway either leads to the main bedroom or the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms and walk in closets. The main bathroom has a tiled shower with bypass glass doors, comfort height dual vanity with cultured marble wave bowls, Moen plumbing fixtures, and a full sized vanity mirror.
All bathrooms include Moen towel bars, TP holders, Moen plumbing fixtures, and designer vanity light fixtures. All cabinetry throughout The Aviator is dovetail constructed, full over-lay and soft close.
