The community of Rolling Hills is surrounded by farmland about 20 miles west of Ocala, the Horse Capital of the World. The country neighborhood is growing quickly, with new construction houses built along a mix of paved, lime rock and dirt roads. “They were subdivided back in the 1960s, and I believe they thought Disney would be built nearby,” says local Wendy Fisher, a Realtor with Brije Homes.
