Oldmans is a quiet township in South New Jersey with fewer than 2,000 residents. It offers a slower pace of life with easy access to the Wilmington and Philadelphia metro areas via I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Homebuyers are drawn to Oldmans for its approachable prices, larger lots and lower taxes compared with neighboring areas. Oldmans has a small town center with businesses like Heart Felt Designs Country Shop and El Paladar Boricua, and nearby communities provide additional shopping and dining options, including ACME Markets and Christiana Mall.
