A residential area in the Houston suburb of Pasadena, Deepwater is just south of Texas Route 225 and the many oil refineries that line the roadway. Yvonne Pruneda, a Realtor associate with Nan & Co. The Deer Park Independent School District, which earns an A on Niche, serves the neighborhood. Nearly all the homes here are ranch-style designs. Prices range from $120,000 to $325,000. There are sidewalks on some streets, and most properties have clean lawns and tall deciduous trees that are spaced well apart, highlighting the expansive feeling of the big Texas sky. Some houses feature attached garages, while others have shady awnings over the driveway.
