Parks with sports courts, riverside trails and corner churches paint a family-friendly picture in Northwest Pocatello. The neighborhood is north of the city’s historic downtown and south of the city of Chubbuck, a regional shopping destination. “This is more the suburbs of the city [of Pocatello]” says Julie Hill, a broker who grew up in the area and works for Signature Real Estate.
