Our property tax roll has us at 29 acres. Approximately 10+ acres is cleared, with 200amp main county power pole and has a solid 3-4 hundred yard limestone driveway through it. On the 10 acres, (1) Ranch Hand bunkhouse. Hunters/Customer Bunkhouse that we rent out for overnight stays on the ranch. Full RV hook up with (1) 50amp plug in, (1) 30amp plug in and (2) 15amp plug in. We built a screened in room 10’x12’ that butts up against the RV when it is parked in it’s slip. We have Water hook up specifically for the RV. We have a 20’x20’ Quonset hut fully enclosed sitting on a 4” concrete deck. Inside the Quonset hut there is a second deck 15’x20’ for extra storage. Two (2) rifle ranges on property one 85 yards and one 35 yards. Each one of the ranges has its own roofed structure. We have (1) Pistol range. All the ranges have steel reactive targets. The pistol range has 15 steel targets. Two 4 wheelers both are Honda Ranchers 350cc Hunting High fence enclosure is approximately 15 acres fenced with hog fencing and 16’ cattle panels for reinforcement. In side high fence area there are (3) 10’ high shooting houses and (2) 5’ high shooting houses large enough to accommodate (3) adults hunters comfortably. There are (3) single tree stands inside the enclosure for bow hunters. Outside of the enclosure there are (3) 5’ shooting houses that we use and charge as fairchase hunts. Hog transport trailers 7’x16’, 6’x10’ and 4’x8’ Utility trailers (2) 4’x8’ and (2) 4’x4’ Hundreds of Tools and hunting accessories needed for the operation of the hunting ranch.
