Although the camp is not insulated, it has been used year-round as the wood stove puts out plenty of heat to warm the entire camp. Outside the rest of the compound area has a sugarhouse and garage, and a mowed lawn surrounding a spring fed pond. The pond is about 9-10 feet deep and has been periodically stocked with brook trout over the years. The sugarhouse could be an excellent opportunity for someone to once again startup a hobby sugarbush. The new owners will have a great property to use and enjoy for years to come.
