Many think of one or both of them as flex/game/media rooms--far away from the rest of the living areas. The huge garage space will really grab your attention too--with the majority of the space coming in off of Ponderosa Drive. What is easily missed though is the huge, fully finished RV garage bay, which you enter off of Cedar.
