The northern tract is triangular-in-shape and has one of the high points on the property. Prairie Creek runs west to east across the property with a couple of smaller draws running in to it from the north. Many of the deer found on this property can be found in this wet weather creek, coming out to forage on the rest of the property at sunup and sundown. The southern 202 acres is rectangular in shape and comes back up in elevation to create a plateau. There are no perimeter fences for this property and only a short run of fencing near an old pen, that is still standing. No minerals are owned by the seller.
