This parcel of land (once part of a bigger parcel)has been in the same family for going on 100 years. My friend hunted it until he passed away a few years back and used to talk about all the deer the property and surrounding land held. Since his passing, others have tried to lease it for hunting but the owner refused. Shortly before my friends passing, he was selling gravel from it too so that's a source of income available to the new owner should they choose to do so.
