Cost to drill a well in the region of $25k. At an elevation of approx. 5800 - enjoy the 4 seasons. Summer temps average mid 80's, with cooler evenings, monsoonal rains in the summer. Short, fairly mild winters with abundant sunshine, a small amount of snow that disappears quickly. Most of the access is on a County maintained road (Old Hunt 5270), with just under 4 miles of non-maintained roads. At the time of listing the roads were good. We do recommend 4 wheel drive for the area, but people live in the area without it.
