The three main roads all have ocean access and frequently transportation in the community consists of a golf cart. Over half the year you can drive on the beach and there is a gated access road. Mainly we just have holiday parties with about 20 families that again, have been a part of this community for years. Everyone is friendly and helpful and on a first name basis.
