The farm is located 2 miles west and .5 mile north of Lindsborg. A sanded road runs along the west and north sides. The farm contains 149 acres, more or less, as there are two tracts out on the west side. There are 110.8 acres under cultivation in four fields, separated by a 4.7 acre waterway, timber and a meadow. The soils are Smolan silty clay loam 1-3% slope Class II, Tobin silt loam Class II and Hord silt loam Class I. Most of the Smolan silty clay loam is terraced. There is a 3.0 acre waterway along the north and northeast comer, and a 1.7 acre waterway in the southeast corner. There are 31.7 acres of meadow with trees along the north side and a small grove of trees on the east side. The soils are Smolan silty clay loam Class II. A small drainage ditch crosses the southwest corner of the meadow. The meadow has a barbwire fence around it.
