Properties in Sections 8 and 9 are not part of the Sanitary District, but these residents are still required to pay road fees annually in December to the SCC by the terms of the covenants to their deeds. It is your responsibility to research whether a property you are showing is part of the Sanitary District or not. You can contact the Warren County Commissioner of the Revenue Office to ask or you can visit the courthouse to look at the real estate records for the property. There are Zoning Regulations in Skyland Estates imposed by Warren County on all Residential (R-1) Districts!!! Warren County has a zoning ordinance that dictates rules for all districts.
