Hidden Valley Is truly a hidden gem. This neighborhood on Lower Beech Pond is not what you would expect on your first drive here. This area is very rural, dirt roads as a matter of fact for part of it. Once you hit the pavement, you know you have arrived, somewhere. Nearly all the roads in Hidden Valley are paved and maintained by the association. There are two beach areas and a small marina, where slips are by lottery and all of them have not been filled recently. There are a lot of pontoon boats as there is a 10HP limit on motor size. That doesn't seem to be strictly enforced. There are boat racks at each of the 2 beaches for your kayaks, canoes, or SUP. Golf carts are also quite common. There are a fair amount of people who are here in the summer, but many are year rounders. The roads are maintained year round. Each property is serviced by community water, septic systems are each owners responsibility. In the winter snowmobiling, fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing are neighborhood activities. Ski areas nearby are Abenaki in Wolfeboro, King Pine in Madison, Gunstock in Gilford. This property is on a cul de sac, so traffic will pretty limited. Taxes in Tuftonboro are about the lowest anywhere. Come and drive around the Hidden Valley neighborhood and fall in love with the rural feel, Back to nature and what it's like to escape the rat race back "there" Social distancing is very easy here. Wolfeboro is barely 15 minutes away with grocery, restaurants, Winnipesaukee.
