Topography is gently sloped on the west side of the road with an open area large enough to park a camper or build a camp on. East side of the property is sloped down towards Sing Sing Creek and is manageable for walking. Road leading to the property is a dead end road that is no longer maintained by the town and has very little use which creates a very secluded and private lot. When I walked the property I noticed some larger red oaks, pines, hemlocks and some soft and hard maples scattered throughout. There are few ATV truck trails that run through the middle of the property making it easy to get around. Located in Wildlife Management Area 8W with good healthy deer populations. Oaks on the property offer a food source for deer and turkey.
